I'm writing this piece to open your mind and help you remember the god-like being that you are. It took me 29 years to realize I was great and I pray as you read my thoughts it reminds you the same. I know one thing for sure; Love is the driving force to make this world a better place. I've also learned at 29 that change is a process and it’s not an event. I pray that this piece challenges you and pushes to be better. This information is my thoughts. If you agree let’s work together to change the world. If you don’t, stop reading and I pray that one day your experience leads you to a higher path.
First, I think we need to take back control over our economics. That means we need to create our own businesses again. We need to create a duel economy. If the majority of the people in the community are black then the majority of the businesses should be black as well. Other ethnic predominate neighborhoods have businesses that are owned, operated and patronized by the same demographic. However, in predominately black neighborhoods, delis overprice everything and they don't provide us with anything else within our community but the service that they make money off of. Why are there no black owned cleaners? How many black owned Laundromats do you see? How many black owned liquor stores do you see? Liquor stores are not just providing a service they are also poisoning our community with drugs and illusions to instant gratification also known as the lottery, but that’s a different piece. As a race, we need to really wake the fuck up, think about what you spend your money on. So what if the banks won't give you a loan, think about in the last ten years all the things you spent your money on. Shoes, cars, jewelry, parties, supporting whatever personal habit you have, think about all the money you could have saved. This is the problem. We forgot how to depend on ourselves. We don't need anybody but ourselves; you are your brother’s keeper. You don't need the government, you don't need Jesus, you don't need banks, you don't need other races, what you need to do is wake the fuck up and look around you. We built this country brick by brick for free, America has benefited from African people from the very inception of this county. We built these bridges, we built the train stations, we built the roads, the African race has pushed this entire world forward and what do we have to show for it. Some of us label ourselves as the monitory. I will and have never been a part of a minority race. We are only controlled because we lack unity and love for one another. That's the only thing keeping us oppressed. Don't get me wrong, there is systems set in place to make sure the mass majority of my people never make it pass GO. But your spirit is the key to unlock the doors to the prison that may have you have mentally created.
Your spirit was never born and will never die, your spirit is connected to infinite energy and intelligence, and your spirit can guide you and help you through any problem or situation. Your spirit can manifest anything, and when I say anything, I mean anything. But you have to believe so. The society we live in has found a way to block the spirit in most black people by allowing you to create a mental block for yourself. I will break it down for you; spirit is perfect in every sense so when you are born you are perfect as well. But what society does for the mass population is mentally brain wash you and get you to believe that you’re inferior. They do it through TV, Radio, the police, through the food you consume, through what you spend your money on, through religion, through your doctors, through your teachers, through your community activist, through your friends. You see racism use to be easier to identify, so you knew that something was wrong because it was a big sign up that said “Whites Only”. Now racism has been institutionalized into a variety of different systems that make it hard for you to identify. So for example look at the grocery stores in area where poverty-stricken black people exist and you will see that the quality of food is not as good as the quality of food that might be in the areas of the west side of Manhattan. Now why is that? We are all equal, right? Why is it that some good areas in Manhattan are ten times better than the food in certain areas in Brooklyn. You see institutionalized racism means that racism has been broken up into a puzzle in many different sectors where at first sight; you might think things have changed from the early 1900's but honestly not really. Now the monster of oppression has evolved and has new powers where you can't even see signs of danger anymore. Things will change when all people no matter what their skin color is have equal opportunity all across the board. You should never pay attention to what people say and preach; instead you should pay more attention to the actions of people. I look at it like this way, why would America take a group of people that they brought specifically for trade and labor and now give them the means to get their selves out of oppression. It's never going to happen so please stop waiting for it.
If you want a better life it first starts with taking accountability over your own life. Our creator gave us all the tools needed to be extraordinary. But if you don't open your heart, and start loving and supporting your people our journey will only get harder. We are only conquered because we won't stick together. I gave you a lot of different examples of how we are being oppressed but spirit can fix all of that. I don't have all the answers but I'm just asking you to think outside the box. African history and culture has existed way longer then all the religions or government system put together and if you don't want to take my word for it then research prehistoric Africa. Read, talk to educated and spiritual people and empower yourself with knowledge. We are the world’s number one consumers; we spend our money either in the churches or in the shopping mall. Ask yourself this question when you give your money to these corporations what do they give back to you. There are over 300 churches within my community. Now are there over 300 scholarships? Are there over 300 after school programs, over 300 black owned businesses? Where is your money going, please, wake the fuck up. Gucci could give two shits about you; we spend our money on things and people that could care less about the well being of your community. If we stuck together, if we saved our money and invested in one another, we could do anything. We have to do better Black people, we really have to do better. We have done enough labor for this country and in the world as a whole. Now it's time to strive for greatness and build ourselves and our communities. I believe in you, we can do it we just have to remember that without unity we are doomed. You see it's horrible to make somebody into a slave but it's even worse when you enslave a generation of people’s minds. You have to take back control over your life. We were not brought to this planet to work for 50 years to get peace of mind. This system is built to now enslave all nationalities of people because money is everyone’s driving force. So they sold us a dream and we fell for it. African people create their own dreams and then they turn them into reality and don't you ever forget that. I share my soul with you because I really want us to be better. One percent of the world should not control all the wealth. Wake up people. The key to open the doors of success lies within your spirit.
